DESIGN BRIEF

Sinclair Sky Garden is a full residential renovation and extension, reimagining city living through sustainable luxury. The project introduces an Urban Rooftop Garden, combining sedum green and blue roof systems to absorb stormwater, reduce runoff, enhance insulation, and foster biodiversity. The design vision prioritizes environmental performance while delivering refined, contemporary living for discerning London homeowners.

    ARCHITECTURE

    Sinclair Sky Garden’s architecture fuses contemporary style with environmental stewardship. The centrally positioned roof terrace is enclosed by a sleek black balustrade, offering privacy and sophistication while respecting the building’s original character.

      Inside, expanded master and second bedrooms offer exceptional comfort, with full-height windows bathing interiors in natural light. The classic mansard roof retains its timeless appeal, while enlarged dormer doors and windows blend tradition with modernity.
