Our client envisioned a serene, fully accessible family retreat that redefines luxe home design through the lens of sustainable architecture. The brief called for seamless indoor-outdoor living, biophilic interiors, and adaptable spaces to support multi-generational living.
Priorities included a single-storey rear extension, transforming the existing garage into a private bedroom suite, and reimagining the landscape for both beauty and biodiversity. Accessibility, comfort, and enduring value were at the heart of every decision.

ARCHITECTURE
ARTES London’s architectural approach merges timeless British residential architect traditions with contemporary eco-friendly renovation strategies. At ground level, we introduced a wraparound extension that maximizes natural light and garden views, while the converted garage now serves as a tranquil bedroom with ensuite. The entire ground and first floors are reconfigured for optimal flow, featuring a discreet, integrated platform lift for full accessibility.
Every detail, from the green roof crowning the extension to the landscape design, enhances both form and function—creating energy-efficient homes that inspire and nurture.

INTERIOR + FIT-OUT DESIGN
The interiors balance sophistication and wellness, with bespoke joinery and luxe materials like sustainably sourced timber, natural stone, and soft, hypoallergenic finishes. The kitchen and dining areas are reimagined as the social heart of the home, seamlessly connecting to the gardens through expansive glazing. Spa-inspired bathrooms, a flexible bedroom/home office, and a utility zone blend practicality with comfort.
