DESIGN BRIEF

This mid-terrace residence in [project location] is reimagined as a sanctuary where luxe home design meets sustainable architecture. The client envisioned a harmonious blend of elegance, comfort, and eco-friendly innovation, resulting in a comprehensive renovation. Key aspirations included a spacious loft conversion with ensuite shower room, walk-in closet, and a dedicated home office.
The rear extension is enhanced with a bespoke picture-frame canopy, while the interior is reconfigured for open-plan living, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, and abundant natural light. Every detail is tailored to elevate daily living for the discerning homeowner.

    ARCHITECTURE

    Guided by a British residential architect’s expertise, the architectural approach celebrates both heritage and progress. The design respects the property’s historic context, introducing contemporary forms and sustainable innovations. The rear extension, originally approved in 2009, is now crowned with a high-quality timber picture-frame canopy, offering privacy, rain protection, and visual drama.

      INTERIOR + FIT-OUT DESIGN

      Inside, the transformation is defined by biophilic interiors and bespoke craftsmanship. Luxe materials—warm timber, natural stone, and elegant finishes—create a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. The kitchen and dining area are unified in an open-plan configuration, framed by floor-to-ceiling bi-folding doors that dissolve boundaries between inside and garden.
